Set up a consistent day and time each week to watch the DVD, practice 5 times or days (10-15 minutes) before proceeding to the next lesson.

This may not be possible if you are studying with a group.
The course is set up so you will be continually using previously learned lessons, i.e.,
you won’t learn something and then never see it again in a future lesson.
